15 years ago, I was introduced to a little-known technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Learning the technique, and meeting the man who introduced me to it, changed the trajectory of my life forever. (More about my personal story in my heart-to-heart video located here.

Over the years, EFT has enabled me to lose weight, gain confidence, build healthy relationships, dump unhealthy baggage, make money, recover from losing money, build a new (heart-centered) business, and best of all, teach people how to do the very same things.

In my coaching practice I am usually asked quite a few questions about EFT. “How do I use it for emotional eating?” “How do I know what to say?” … the list goes on!

When I’m with a client, we typically spend 50% of our time tapping for weight loss, and the other 50% teaching practical application of EFT. I craft my sessions this way because I am a firm believer in empowering people with tools to heal themselves.

When you’ve had a long day and that pantry starts calling your name, its essential to know how to apply EFT so you can easily turn your back on the cupboards and make a different decision. In my opinion, knowing how to apply EFT on yourself correctly is one of the greatest gifts you can ever give yourself.
