What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an emotional, needle free version of acupuncture that is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body’s subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. It was discovered in 1981 my Dr. Roger Callahan a cognitive psychologist and Gary Craig. It is based on clinical psychology and acupressure.
