No real desire to have more than a glass…

Before and during the beginning of the class I was drinking wine almost every night. I was drinking 3-4 bottles a week. Just because I felt like it, I never felt it was a problem. Though I never tapped on the wine, I have found that I have no real desire to have more than a glass, and most of the time, I prefer to drink water! Assuming wine is about 600-700 calories per bottle, I figure that I am saving 1800-2800 calories per week AND at least $50/week! Thanks for what you do. One of the best things I’ve ever done in my life

Your course has been one of the best things I've ever done in my life; Brittany you have helped me shift out of so many negative patterns and beliefs and I live in a much happier, peaceful place now. I still have a lot of work to do, but now I have so many "tools" to use that I know work for me. I’ve done every other program, so many! None of it has ever been permanent. But this program made the shifting so much deeper. I can look in the mirror and smile at myself for the first time in my life. I have so much more space inside of myself to allow other energy in.

I have noticed that the glass (sometimes bottle) of wine I was having in the evenings is no longer a pull. I have poured a glass and totally forgotten to drink it. I feel like I am walking taller. I am proud of myself. I have been more successful at work and there is less stress all around me!
